Engineering Division

The Engineering Division designs and constructs Capital Improvement Projects; rehabilitates residential streets; designs traffic controls, such as signals, speed limits and stop signs; issues encroachment permits for work in the public right-of-way; reviews subdivision maps and checks on-site grading plans; and works to prevent storm water pollution.
