Fees and Policies

The hourly room rates and deposits at the Cerritos Park East, Heritage Park and Liberty Park Community Centers and the Cerritos Senior Center at Pat Nixon Park are standardized and based on capacity. The fees are as follows:

  • Extra-large room with 300+ capacity
    — $150 per hour
  • Large room with a 200 to 299 capacity
    — $100 per hour
  • Medium room with a 100 to 199 capacity
    — $60 per hour
  • Small room for under 99 people
    — $30 per hour

For a medium, large and extra-large room, the deposit is $500. A small room requires a deposit of $250. Separate set-up and clean-up fees are not included in the rental costs.

Monday – Friday

  • All reservations at the community centers including clean-up must be completed by 7 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday

Fall and Winter

  • All reservations at the community centers including clean-up must be completed by 5 p.m.

Spring and Summer

  • All reservations at the community centers including clean-up must be completed by 7 p.m.

Residents may reserve all indoor facilities at any community center up to 12 months in advance, while non-residents may reserve the facilities up to six months in advance. Approved Group A organizations may reserve annual six-hour special events at all community centers 13 months in advance.

A standard maximum six-hour flat rental fee of $100 applies to all picnic shelters, with the exception of Camp Liberty and Shelter #1 at Cerritos Park East, which requires a $200 flat rental fee and a $150 flat rental fee, respectively.

All picnic shelters require a $100 deposit, including shelters at Westgate and Frontier Parks. Residents may reserve a picnic shelter up to 3 months in advance. Non-residents may not reserve outdoor facilities.

An hourly rental fee of $15 is charged for all ball field usage after 8 p.m.
