  • Cerritos Sheriff’s Station/Community Safety Center
    Open 24 hours per day, seven days a week
  • Outdoor Recreation facilities are open during regular operating hours, with the EXCEPTION of playgrounds; basketball, handball and volleyball courts; and tracks at all park facilities (which are closed). Cerritos residents are reminded to practice social distancing at all times, including children visiting the City's outdoor recreation facilities.
  • Iron-Wood Nine Golf Course
  • Water service provided by the City of Cerritos will not be subject to shut off due to overdue payment until further notice.
  • The City's overnight parking restrictions will not be enforced until at least Mon., June 15 and until further notice. In addition, citations will not be issued for vehicles parked on the street on street sweeping days.
  • The Cerritos on Wheels (COW) fixed route service will operate Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and will arrive at each bus stop every sixty (60) minutes. The temporary COW bus schedule may be accessed here. Facial coverings are required.
  • The Dial-A-Ride demand response service will continue to provide service to Cerritos Seniors and residents with disabilities Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Facial coverings are required.

    • The public is encouraged to utilize online services and to communicate by telephone.
  • Cerritos Library
    • Due dates for borrowed library materials due now will be automatically extended through July 5, 2020 and patrons can return materials in the drop box located at the Cerritos Civic Center.
    • Cerritos Library staff members are available to assist patrons by telephone at (562) 916-1340.
    • Cerritos Library’s cloudLibrary and hoopla digital books and media services and online research databases are available to cardholders.
  • Cerritos Senior Center at Pat Nixon Park
    • All programs and classes are canceled.
    • Special arrangements will be made for the lunch program.
