Inspired by his strong family roots and the loving warmth of his Italian upbringing, restaurateur Phil Romano wanted to open a restaurant that reminded him of home, a place where guests could create memories and traditions around the family dinner table with delicious Italian food. This led to the opening of Macaroni Grill, where guests are provided with hospitality and a superior dining experience. Macaroni Grill’s mission is to focus on the guest experience and provide excellent customer service enhancing mealtime service.
Macaroni Grill offers a wide variety in its lunch and dinner menus, including daily offerings of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. Their specialty is fresh pasta dishes, and have recently launched a “Create Your Own Pasta” option for patrons. Macaroni Grill also offers chicken, beef, and seafood entrees, as well as a children’s menu with spaghetti, pizza, and chicken strips. Daily lunch and dinner specials may also be available. Macaroni Grill opened in the City of Cerritos in 2008, and in 2023, celebrated fifteen (15) years of operating at the Cerritos Towne Center.
