Proclamation presented September 26, 2019 to Blooming Vietnamese Cuisine.
Blooming Vietnamese Cuisine, formerly known as Pho 4 U, is located at the Lincoln Station shopping center along South Street in Cerritos. Owners Alen Le and Uyen Nguyen are husband and wife, and they established the restaurant and named it Pho 4 U in January 2010. Le and Nguyen both have culinary and management backgrounds and together they have created some amazing formulas in making delicious Vietnamese cuisine. Their famous pho noodle soup and many other dishes are not only authentic, but the flavors are very delicious and keep the customers coming back for more.
Pho 4 U had only 11 tables for customers to dine in; however, the business became busier year after year and the owners needed more space. Luckily, Blooming Vietnamese Cuisine was able to purchase a neighboring business that was just two units away in the same Lincoln Station shopping center.
In 2015, after moving into the larger space, the owners decided to remodel the restaurant and change the name to Blooming Vietnamese Cuisine. There are 30 tables inside the restaurant that can accommodate large groups of friends and families, and eight tables on a patio area for those who like to bring their pets with them. Not only did the dining area expand, but the menu also expanded with new Vietnamese dishes. Besides pho, Blooming Vietnamese Cuisine offers a wide variety of rice dishes, stir fried noodles, crispy egg noodles, garlic noodles, vermicelli noodles, spicy noodle soup and even vegetarian dishes. Blooming Vietnamese Cuisine has always been consistent with the flavors, quantity and quality of its food throughout the years.
The owners of Blooming Vietnamese Cuisine are proud to have their business in Cerritos and are proud to be a member of the Cerritos Chamber of Commerce.
