Vacation Connection is a full-service travel agency in Cerritos that was created after a merger of several agencies in the Long Beach area, which date back to the early 1970s. Vacation Connection moved to Cerritos in 2005, desiring more space and a convenient location.
Jeff Abels was the previous owner and a long-time resident of Cerritos. Vacation Connection is now owned by Kathy Angell, who began working in a travel agency while still in high school. All of the staff at Vacation Connection possess many years of working in the travel agency and leisure industry.
Vacation Connection is ready to help with any travel plans. Staff can take care of customizing clients’ trips to their specific needs, whether it is for a guided vacation or independent travel. Vacation Connection has booked weekend cruises as well as international cruises. The company currently works with cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean, Crystal, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Carnival, Disney Cruise Line and Celebrity Cruises.
Vacation Connection can assist with corporate travel planning or group travel. Group travel examples include crafting cruises, family reunions or any celebration such as a graduation or anniversary. All of the details will be managed by the friendly and expert staff at Vacation Connection, including hotel reservations, sightseeing tours, air transportation, car rentals and transfers.
