SERVPRO of Cerritos was established by Ryan and Kameko Ramirez in 2007. It is a 24-hour emergency service, clean up and restoration business that services the cities of Cerritos, Artesia, Hawaiian Gardens, Lakewood and other surrounding cities and counties. Typical services offered by SERVPRO of Cerritos include water damage restoration, fire and smoke clean up, mold remediation, crime and trauma scene clean up, and many others. SERVPRO responds at all hours to all types of natural and man-made disasters, including a water pipe break causing a building to flood or even a fire on a kitchen stove top.
Ryan and Kameko Ramirez are also a part of a Disaster Recovery Team that allows them to travel around the country when a natural disaster strikes. This Disaster Recovery Team is made up of hand-selected SERVPRO franchises to offer assistance to the local area franchises to aid in clean-up and restoration efforts. SERVPRO of Cerritos has been part of the Disaster Recovery Team responding to the 2007 San Diego Wildfires, the freeze in New Mexico and Texas that occurred in 2011/2012 and the 2013/2014 Oregon freeze/flood.
SERVPRO of Cerritos comes to the assistance of anyone who needs them; however, their main sources of clients are insurance companies, property managers, contractors and real estate agents. They are also part of the Large Loss Response Team and have assisted in drying and restoring buildings on insurance claims totaling more than $500,000. SERVPRO of Cerritos is ready to respond and provide services on any size job, as they have more than 1,400 franchises.
SERVPRO of Cerritos currently employs 15 employees and has seven fleet vehicles available to respond when needed. SERVPRO of Cerritos is actively involved in the community and prides itself on old-fashioned customer service.
