Since 1991, the vision for Kabuki Japanese Restaurants has been to create high-energy, family-friendly and value-oriented Japanese restaurants. It’s the restaurant’s daily mission to deliver quality dishes, great service, clean ambience and value to its guests. Ultimately, Kabuki hopes that guests will come to appreciate Japanese cuisine as comfort food. It all starts when you walk through the door and guests are greeted with IRASSHAI-MASE (which translates to “welcome to the store” or “come on in”).
Kabuki is a full-service, casual Japanese restaurant chain with 17 locations in Arizona, California and Nevada. The restaurants showcase traditional and innovative Japanese cuisine, creative cocktails and contemporary interior designs. The menu is overseen by Executive Corporate Chef Masa Kurihara and offers dishes for the adventurous sushi-lover as well as the vegetarian.
Kabuki also offers an extensive appetizer menu, which includes vegetarian dishes, meats and seafood. Salads are also offered for the health-conscious customer. Signature sushi rolls such as the Kabuki Roll, Albacore Crunch Roll and a unique Lotus Roll are offered for sushi lovers.
Kabuki boasts an impressive beverage program featuring classic cocktails, wine, beer and inventive sake libations created by Master Sake Sommelier Yuji Matsumoto. With an exciting Happy Hour menu, an award-winning Kids Menu (“Restaurant Hospitality Magazine”), traditional Izakaya offerings and dedicated vegetarian and gluten-free menu sections, Kabuki Japanese Restaurants offer something for the whole family.
