Although senior affordable housing units are currently not available, the City maintains an interest list for future developments. To place your name on the interest list for upcoming affordable senior housing communities, such as the 247-unit Cuesta Villas development, please download the City of Cerritos Affordable Housing Interest List Form provided below and return it to the mailing address identified on the form:

Please note that the City of Cerritos does not keep a list of pending units for sale, nor does the City contact individuals who are interested in purchasing a unit when they become available. Having your name on the interest list does not guarantee the opportunity to purchase an affordable housing unit, nor does it guarantee that you will be called by a seller.

If you have additional questions, please call the Cerritos Community Development Department, Advance Planning/Redevelopment Division at (562) 916-1201.
